    Neil has been an artist and designer since the age of 15. His most recent years prior to Switch were with an International Fashion & Arts magazine, where he held the position: Head of Advertising & Design. Artist turned entrepreneur, Neil is now responsible for business development at Switch.

Who We Are

Switch was built on the premise of change. Founded at a time that can only be described as the digital revolution, our goal was to be adaptable and help clients navigate the marketplace of the future.

That marketplace is here, and it is now; where consumers are ever-connected to their peers; where traditional media is giving way to digital media; and where daily conversations are carried on through keyboards of all sizes. What was once the cornerstone of advertising – brand impressions – have given way and evolved into something more: brand immersion.

So Switch your thinking about flat brand experiences, and explore a richer, more valuable way of engaging consumers; one that puts your brand at the heart of the consumer attention funnel (see figure). That is when brand immersion will truly be achieved.

From top to bottom, the consumer attention funnel illustrates the level of focus a consumer will dedicate to your brand as they move through it. While traditional and non-traditional mediums are still perfectly viable options, they are interruption-based and generally only trigger a broad level of focus from consumers.

Switch believes that efforts are better concentrated on the next four. A solid mix of these mediums can yield much more value for a brand in the long run, as the consumer is guided through the funnel and their focus narrows directly into the brand.
